ONEYTH Summer is coming up July 14-16 at Lake Williamson Camp! Our theme SHIFT comes from the book of Jonah and will challenge students to make the shift to follow Jesus and be on mission with God. This weekend is packed with worship, games, and making friends. Cost is $199 per student which includes lodging, meals, and camp activities. Transportation to and from the camp will be coordinated by your location leader. Scholarships are available and must be approved by your location pastor.

Registration opens Sunday, May 7 and the deadline to register is Friday, July 7. Late registration will be accepted if space allows.

Important information for pastors, office managers, and youth leaders:

    1. Registration opens on May 7: Youth Registration Form and Group Leader/Volunteer Form will be linked on the New Life ONE YTH website: oneyth.com
    2. Fundraising: All funds raised from car washes, bake/food sales, dinners, movie nights; any type of fundraising where a person is receiving something in return is considered a sale and needs to be submitted on a weekly basis with a GREEN DEPOSIT SLIP.  Please do not include/add these funds to the offerings.
    3. Scholarships: If anyone wants to donate to cover the expense of youth at your location, contributions can be given online through the giving portal.  The fund “Youth Retreat Scholarships” is available under your giving link.  Contributions can also be given on Sunday’s with a note on the envelopes stating “Youth Retreat”.
    4. Location pastors should approve all scholarships and request a discount code for their location use. Email shirleyh@newlifechicago.org to request your location discount and include the amount off your location would like to cover.
    5. Locations are not to use the church credit card to sponsor anyone from their location.  This is covered internally through the registrations discount codes.
    6. Background Checks: Everyone serving at the retreat that is 18+ is required to complete a background check and be cleared prior to this event if they have not already done so.  Please keep in mind that the leaders/volunteers that participated last summer are cleared for another year.  If you want to check with me to see if your leaders/volunteers need to complete a form or not before they do, you can email me with those names and I will check for you.
