Sometimes the easiest things to do are also the easiest things not to do. For example, we all know we should eat healthy, exercise, and get good rest. But that is often easier said than done. Just as our physical bodies need food and exercise, our spiritual life needs God’s Word and prayer. In fact, there is an entire book of prayers in the Bible called Psalms that give us words and language to talk with God. Maybe you’ve never prayed before or when you do, it feels like a laundry list of requests to God. Our hope over the next 21 days is that prayer will become a regular practice and pattern in your life. Through this series you’ll be challenged to pray up towards God, to reflect in on your life, and to look out towards others. Your prayer life will never be the same!
