- “Taste of Ministry “
- Recruit short-term volunteers (ask for 3 weeks)
- Mobilize leaders to ask one person to serve.
- Training for new leaders
- Announce or highlight a leader on stage.
- Give people a clear way to respond.
Ideas for inviting people
- Easter egg hunts
- Sunrise service
- Good Friday service
- Use the Canva invites that the Comm team made – give people 5 each week.
- Social media ads
- Put a name on a cross of someone who people want to invite.
- Fast before easter as a congregation.
Ideas to bring people back after Easter
- A challenge to try the church for three weeks.
- Have a follow-up process. (talk to the comm team if trouble with links)
- Have big Sundays (baptism Sundays, healing prayer, life group Sunday’s)
- Call those people.
- Have a full calendar ready for after Easter.
- Have new people mingle.
- Record a video and send it to the contact information they give.
