ONEYTH Summer Camp is June 25-28 at Lake Williamson! Camp is four days to get real about life, faith, and even the moments we wrestle with God. Expect meaningful worship, time with friends, activities, and memories that last. Registration is $349 covers your housing, meals, and most camp activities. Early bird registration is available in April for $329. Transportation will be coordinated by your location leader. Scholarships may be available, so ask your location leader for more details! You won’t want to miss it!
- Registration opens April 1: Youth Registration Form and Group Leader/Volunteer Form will be linked on the New Life ONE YTH website: oneyth.com
- Fundraising: All funds raised from car washes, bake/food sales, dinners, movie nights; any type of fundraising where a person is receiving something in return is considered a sale and needs to be submitted on a weekly basis with a GREEN DEPOSIT SLIP. Please do not include/add these funds to the offerings.
- Scholarships: If anyone wants to donate to cover the expense of youth at your location, contributions can be given online through the giving portal. The fund “Youth Retreat Scholarships” is available under your giving link. Contributions can also be given on Sunday’s with a note on the envelopes stating “Youth Retreat”.
- Scholarship Codes: Location pastors should approve all scholarships and request a discount code for their location use. Locations are not to use the church credit card to sponsor anyone from their location. This is covered internally through the registrations discount codes.
- Background Checks: Everyone serving at the retreat that is 18+ is required to complete a background check and be cleared prior to this event if they have not completed one within the last two years. You can check the status of your leader’s background check in Planning Center by going to their profile and looking for the green check box.
